foxhunter (the "Developer") complies with applicable data-protection laws and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. This policy applies to the mobile game app Foxdoku (the "Service").
The Service can be used without any sign-up, and the Developer does not separately collect directly identifying information such as name, phone number, or email. However, the following data may be collected and processed for login, advertising, and analytics.

The Developer does not, as a rule, provide users' personal data to outside parties, but uses the following providers' SDKs/services to operate the Service, through which data may be processed and transmitted.

The Service serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, consent to ad-related data processing is requested via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and personalized or non-personalized ads are served depending on consent. In some regions such as the United States, non-personalized ads may be served in accordance with applicable laws.
Collected data is destroyed without delay upon fulfillment of its purpose or upon the user's deletion request. Retention and deletion standards by data type are as follows.

Where separate retention is required by applicable law, data is kept for the period required by that law and then destroyed.
Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal data.
Account Deletion Request.The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal data. If we become aware that a child's data has been collected, we destroy it immediately.
The Developer applies the technical and administrative safeguards required by applicable law, including encryption of data in transit (TLS).
